Task and Activities
• Role Understanding – understanding the specs mentioned in the JD’s shared by the client for the roles assigned to us with the expected TAT to close the position.
• Recruiting Strategy – assessing the availability of talent pool as per the specs shared by client and drafting a recruitment strategy or plan to start working the given role as per the available resources to ensure a closure with in the specified time.
• Sourcing, Screening & Scheduling – Reaching out to potential candidates through various channels of sourcing to maximize the number or leads / applicants for the open role. Screening the leads / Applicants as per the client’s specifications to ensure higher conversion in CV shortlisting by the client. Scheduling the shortlisted applicants as the slots provided by the clients.
• Follow ups & Candidate Engagement – responsible for consistently following up with candidates and keeping them engaged through the stages of interview scheduling, shortlisting, salary negotiation, notice period discussion, pre joining & post joining connect.
• Report & Data Management – responsible for consistently updating the ATS for daily sourcing updates. Preparing & Sharing daily, weekly & monthly reports & trackers with their respective leaders. Also responsible for maintaining trackers for self-performance assessment.
• Revenue Generation & Targets – Responsible to consistently generate the target revenue assigned to you for every quarter by developing a clear understanding & sourcing strategy about the roles aligned with you.
Measurement Metrics
• Achieving revenue targets assigned to you for every quarter & Year. • Time taken by you to close every role assigned to you. • CV Success rate. • Selections to Offer ratio • Offer to Joining ratio • Adherence to leave & attendance policy.

Task and Activities:
Candidate Screening
· Telephonic interviews streamline initial candidate evaluations.
· Real-time interactions provide immediate insights.
· Allows a deeper understanding of qualifications and skills.
· Ensures only the most suitable candidate’s progress.
· Enhances decision-making efficiency in the hiring process.
Role Explanation and Briefing
· Ensures candidates have a clear understanding of the role from the outset.
· Candidates are briefed on the subsequent recruitment process steps.
· Provides transparency and helps candidates navigate the hiring process effectively.
Coordination with Clients:
· Facilitate seamless interview scheduling and coordination between clients and candidates.
· Proactively address client inquiries, promptly responding to questions related to candidates,
interview processes, and recruitment status.
· Maintain open communication channels, fostering a collaborative and informed partnership with
clients.
Team Collaboration:
· Consistently provide the team with timely updates on candidate progress, fostering clear
communication.
· Ensures everyone is informed about the status of ongoing recruitments.
· Demonstrate attention to detail by ensuring no lapses in daily follow-ups.
· Uphold a proactive approach to maintain the rhythm of the recruitment process.

Data Management:
· Ensure precise and timely documentation of all relevant information in the recruitment database.
· Contribute to the creation of a reliable and organized data repository for efficient retrieval and
analysis.
· Provide timely updates and feedback to the team regarding candidate progress.

• Freshers: Individuals aspiring to kickstart their career in the HR domain are encouraged to apply.
