Responsibilities and Duties
- Engage with international customers through outbound calls, delivering excellent service and addressing inquiries.
- Effectively communicate product or service information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed performance targets and customer satisfaction goals.
- Navigate and utilize relevant systems and databases to provide accurate and timely information.
- Adhere to established scripts and guidelines while maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Document customer interactions and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and updates to provide informed and efficient assistance.
- Handle and resolve customer complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
- Follow a flexible work schedule, including rotational shifts, to accommodate a 24×7 international operation.
- Uphold company policies and standards while continuously seeking opportunities for process improvement.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Strong verbal communication skills in English.
Previous experience in an international voice process or customer service role is preferred.
Ability to navigate computer systems and work with multiple applications simultaneously.
Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional language proficiency is a plus.
