Your responsibilities encompass vital tasks, including candidate screening, delivering role clarity and briefings, facilitating client coordination, fostering team collaboration, and maintaining efficient data management.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Enhances decision-making efficiency in the hiring process.
  • Role Explanation and Briefing

  • Ensures candidates have a clear understanding of the role from the outset.
  • Candidates are briefed on the subsequent recruitment process steps.
  • Provides transparency and helps candidates navigate the hiring process effectively.
  • Coordination with Clients:

  • Facilitate seamless interview scheduling and coordination between clients and candidates.
  • Proactively address client inquiries, promptly responding to questions related to candidates,interview processes, and recruitment status.
  • Maintain open communication channels, fostering a collaborative and informed partnership with clients.
  • Team Collaboration:

  • Consistently provide the team with timely updates on candidate progress, fostering clear
  • Ensures everyone is informed about the status of ongoing recruitments.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail by ensuring no lapses in daily follow-ups.
  • Uphold a proactive approach to maintain the rhythm of the recruitment process.
  • Data Management:

  • Ensure precise and timely documentation of all relevant information in the recruitment database.
  • Contribute to the creation of a reliable and organized data repository for efficient retrieval and analysis.
  • Provide timely updates and feedback to the team regarding candidate progress.
