Recruitment Specialist
Description
Recruitment Specialist – is the one who is responsible for generating revenue by consistently meeting recruitment targets by handling end to end recruitment process, including screening, sourcing, pre & Post joining follow-ups, TAT adherence for the roles assigned by the delivery leader by applying effective recruitment strategies.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills in English.
- Previous experience in an international voice process or customer service role is preferred.
- Ability to navigate computer systems and work with multiple applications simultaneously.
- Adaptability to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional language proficiency is a plus.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and objectives.
