Sales Intelligence(CRM)
Description
In this dynamic role, you’ll leverage your expertise in business process optimization to streamline our operations, while also harnessing data from diverse sources to construct robust analytics frameworks. These analytics will serve as the cornerstone for driving sales effectiveness and fostering continuous improvement throughout the organization.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Maintain data quality, cyclical data refreshes and error checking to ensure ‘always on’ status across our key intelligence schedules.
- Through a combination of business process improvements and collating data from multiple sources, build core analytics to drive sales effectiveness and improvement.
- Schedules include projects around Go-To-Market (GTM) initiatives, churn, sales productivity, rep ramping, Total Addressable Market (TAM), global expansion, product attachment rates, pipeline forecasts, and more
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Requirements and Qualifications:
- Hands on with data analysis including business inference with data
- Excellent Communications skills including client interactions
- Knowledge of Ad Tech (including campaign performance analytics etc), experience with Google/Adobe Analytics
- Tableau /salesforce with SQL / python preferred
