The Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing modern user interface solutions on the Salesforce platform using Lightning Web Components. This role involves building responsive and reusable UI components, implementing business logic through Apex, and leveraging JavaScript to create seamless and interactive user experiences. The specialist collaborates with business stakeholders, Salesforce administrators, and development teams to deliver scalable and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with organizational objectives. Responsibilities and Duties
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain Lightning Web Components (LWC) within Salesforce applications.
- Build responsive, reusable, and scalable user interface components for enhanced user experience.
- Develop Apex classes, controllers, and integrations to support application functionalities.
- Utilize JavaScript to implement dynamic behaviors, validations, and interactive features.
- Collaborate with business analysts, Salesforce administrators, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Integrate Salesforce applications with external systems and APIs where required.
- Troubleshoot and resolve application defects, UI issues, and performance bottlenecks.
- Ensure application scalability, security, and compliance with Salesforce development best practices.
- Participate in code reviews, testing activities, deployments, and system enhancement initiatives.
- Support ongoing maintenance, optimization, and upgrade activities within Salesforce environments.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Core Skills Required:
LWC (Lightning Web Components): Strong understanding of Lightning Web Components architecture, component development, and Salesforce Lightning framework.
Apex: Expertise in developing custom business logic, controllers, triggers, and backend functionalities within Salesforce.
JavaScript: Hands-on experience in modern JavaScript development, event handling, DOM manipulation, and client-side scripting.
