•     Conducting software training at various NIC locations.
• ·      Adherence to delivery plan in order to achieve performance driven targets
• ·      Actively contribute in preparing or upgrading existing courses
• ·      Prepare or upgrade existing learning resources such as software problem statement, question bank
• ·      Guiding students to uplift performance level and win programming contest
• ·      Actively involved in various team initiatives directed towards quality improvements
• ·      Individual contributor and inclusive team player
• ·      Collaborate and have a good relationship with the Client and the students

• Post Graduate with at least 4-5 years of dedicated experience in to IT Delivery and Software Development
• Bachelor, Master Degree in IT major with experience in to Software training with over 5 years of experience as full-time trainer
