We are looking for an experienced RPA Delivery Lead/Architect with a strong background in automation strategy, solution design, and stakeholder management. The candidate will lead end-to-end RPA engagements, provide consulting support, and ensure successful implementation using tools like UiPath, Automation Anywhere, and Power Automate. The ideal candidate should possess both strategic and technical expertise to drive organization-wide transformation through automation.

• Lead RPA delivery and architecture across organization-wide automation initiatives.
• Provide consulting support on automation assessments, opportunity identification, and solution design.
• Collaborate with stakeholders for requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
• Drive end-to-end implementation of automation solutions following Agile/SDLC frameworks.
• Manage multiple RPA projects and ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Offer technical guidance, establish best practices, and oversee infrastructure setup.
• Present solutions to clients and lead technical discussions with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure alignment with business objectives and handle escalations independently.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience, with 3–4 years in RPA Delivery Lead or Architect role.
• Expertise in RPA tools, especially UiPath (UiARD certification required); knowledge of AA and PA is a plus.
• Experience in managing automation and transformation projects across large enterprises.
• Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and customer-facing experience.
• Background in project/strategic planning and process consulting.
• Deep understanding of RPA design patterns, technical architecture, and infrastructure setup.
