Technical Project Manager
Description
We are seeking a Digital Solutions Delivery Manager with strong expertise in leading cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end digital transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience with technologies like Power Platform, RPA, IDP, and API integrations. This role demands exceptional delivery management, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills to ensure timely, secure, and scalable solution delivery across enterprise environments.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Own and drive the entire solution delivery lifecycle from planning to deployment.
- Collaborate with architects and specialists to review solution designs using Power Platform, RPA, IDP tools, APIs, and ServiceNow.
- Translate business needs into delivery plans, managing sprints, backlogs, and progress using JIRA or Azure DevOps.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and blockers to ensure uninterrupted delivery.
- Oversee DevOps pipelines, enforcing CI/CD and governance best practices.
- Engage with business teams for UAT, training, and solution sign-off.
- Prepare and present delivery dashboards and updates to senior stakeholders.
- Promote a collaborative and high-performance team environment.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- 8–12 years in IT delivery, project/program management, preferably in consulting or enterprise IT.
- Proven experience in delivering projects using:
- Power Platform (Canvas Apps, Automate, Dataverse)
- RPA (UiPath, Automation Anywhere, PAD)
- IDP tools (ABBYY, Azure Form Recognizer)
- API integrations, CI/CD, and DevOps practicesAgile/Scrum delivery methodology knowledge.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow workflows and hybrid team structures is a plus.
