The SEM Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads to drive measurable business results. This role involves conducting keyword research, crafting targeted ad strategies, and continuously analyzing campaign performance to maximize ROI and minimize cost per acquisition. The specialist collaborates with marketing and analytics teams to refine bidding strategies, enhance ad relevance, and ensure alignment with overall digital marketing objectives. By leveraging expertise in performance marketing and data-driven optimization, the SEM Specialist plays a key role in scaling paid media effectiveness and achieving growth targets.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Plan and execute paid marketing campaigns on Google and Meta.

• Monitor ROI and optimize ad spends.

• Perform keyword research and ad performance analysis.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills Required:

  • Search Engine Marketing (SEM): Strong understanding of paid search strategy, keyword targeting, and campaign management.

  • PPC (Pay-Per-Click): Proficiency in managing and optimizing PPC campaigns for efficiency and ROI.

  • Performance Marketing: Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and implement performance-driven improvements.

  • AdWords (Google Ads): Hands-on experience in campaign setup, bid management, and ad copy optimization on Google’s advertising platform.
