  • Manage payroll-related data and reports with high accuracy.
  • Handle controls and address payroll inquiries professionally.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain communication and escalate customer issues in a professional manner.
  • Ensure compliance and quality across all payroll-related activities.
  • Work effectively in a team and across cultures.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints tactfully.
