Investment Data Management

We are seeking a detail-oriented Analyst – Investment Data Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with investment data, strong analytical skills, and the ability to manage time-sensitive and exception-based tasks. This role requires a good understanding of asset classes, data operations, and communication with global teams.

• Manage and maintain high-quality investment data, including NAV calculations, reference data, and trade analytics.
• Handle data exceptions and ensure timely resolution of data-related issues.
• Collaborate with affiliate teams to address requests and maintain seamless data operations.
• Work with tools such as Bloomberg, Excel, SQL, and ideally KDB/Apex.
• Monitor data quality, identify discrepancies, and proactively resolve problems.
• Support pre- and post-trade analytics and reporting functions across asset classes.

• 3–5 years of experience in investment data management or financial operations.
• Strong understanding of asset classes: equities, fixed income, and derivatives.
• Hands-on experience with Bloomberg, Excel, SQL, and preferably KDB/Apex.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with time-sensitive deliverables.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
