Hiring a Chief of Staff – Analyst, a dynamic and detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the executive office. This role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks for senior leadership, acting as a strategic liaison and support partner.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide executive support including calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
  • Manage day-to-day administrative functions and logistics for internal and external engagements.
  • Act as a communication bridge between leadership and stakeholders.
  • Support business operations, strategic initiatives, and senior-level meetings (including minutes and follow-ups).
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Coordinate leadership schedules and stakeholder engagements efficiently.

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

  • Prior experience in executive support, business coordination, or a similar administrative role.
  • Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with discretion and efficiency.
