Hiring a Chief of Staff – Analyst, a dynamic and detail-oriented professional responsible for ensuring smooth operations of the executive office. This role demands excellent organizational skills, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks for senior leadership, acting as a strategic liaison and support partner.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide executive support including calendar management, travel planning, and meeting coordination.
- Manage day-to-day administrative functions and logistics for internal and external engagements.
- Act as a communication bridge between leadership and stakeholders.
- Support business operations, strategic initiatives, and senior-level meetings (including minutes and follow-ups).
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Coordinate leadership schedules and stakeholder engagements efficiently.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Prior experience in executive support, business coordination, or a similar administrative role.
- Strong skills in communication, stakeholder management, and multitasking.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with discretion and efficiency.
