The Process Trainer is responsible for delivering comprehensive process and product training to new joiners and existing team members, ensuring consistent knowledge levels and operational excellence. This role involves designing and updating training materials, conducting structured learning sessions, and evaluating training effectiveness through assessments and feedback. The trainer also facilitates performance refreshers and certification programs to maintain high proficiency standards across teams. With a strong foundation in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads, the Process Trainer ensures that learners are equipped with the skills and process understanding required to excel in campaign management and platform operations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications

Core Skills Required:

  • Digital Marketing: Solid understanding of online advertising concepts, campaign management, and analytics.

  • Google Ads & Meta Ads: Proficiency in platform workflows, ad policies, and performance optimization best practices.

  • Process Training: Expertise in designing and delivering process-oriented learning programs that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
